What qualifications do all of you self employed arborists have?

Yeah bro, wondered how many fish I could hook with that one. Most useless peace of paper ever devised I reckon. I know one guy who got issued his assessors cert, including crane and heli work, and he can't even climb a tree. And I mean quite literally. Comes in handy on work applications though; sounds all good and mighty. In reality it's a load of old testicles.

CS 30,31,38,39 and read as much as i can also watch and learn....several years experience with old school cutters inthe woods before doing any of those namby pamby quals was where the real learning happened though.
