Body comes off in the New Year. As it only tips drivers side I'm having it made so it can tip all 3 ways. Then Ali boards with the sign writing on [emoji106]🏻

Looking good Jonny. Mog power means you won't hear the no-stress kick in very often! [emoji106]

Cheers Timon! Looking forward to using it tomorrow! What rpm did you find best for the chipper you had?

I first used to use it at 2000rpm but the noise was colossal, literally like someone had landed a chinook in the street.

Eventually I found it best to slowly feed the clutch in at 1000rpm, then once the pto was fully engaged gently build the revs up to 1500rpm.

:confused1: You should engage the clutch with it only ticking over and only increase the rev's once its fully engaged.

Holy moly kiboom tastic!

No no no!!

As Huck says ease her in on tick over!

I'd be surprised if you haven't done damage!

Clutch lasted three years doing it that way (plus however long the previous owners had it). Not disputing what you and Huck are saying, wish I'd known before. I just took the dealers advice when we bought the chipper.

Bit late to find out now.
