Personally i can't stand yellow.... the link to council workers puts me off i think!!! orange for arb!!

Oi!! We got aint got many yellow ones left. Got mainly orange now. Got some bright green ones and even some pink ones too. Whoever wears the pink one has to act "camp" all day. It flipping hilarious.

Fluorescent yellow is pointless as once it gets slightly dirty it turns greenish, which funnily enough is the same colour as the trees/grass!

I dont get why the forestry commission etc like wearing yellow vests whilst working out in the woods. They would probably be more visible wearing a black T shirt! Maybe they use it as a form of camoflage? :001_rolleyes:

Any colour as long as it not long sleeved ! Worked on a site for all last summer where due to risk of sunburn, long sleeved hi viz and long trousers to top it all had to wear hard hats even though zero risk.

When it turned really hot, insisted in our RAMS for 10 mins break every half hour to find shade and rehydrate, due to inappropriate PPE site rules. Good old day rates
