Been to do a morning work today for another company, gets there, waiting about half an hour for the to turn up so while I'm there the home owner comes out and long story short the works been put off till Monday. Rings the guy up im working for and no and no answer so rings his "business partner" who says yep its been postponed to mon. So I've wasted two hours of my morning plus £60 on a bar and chain for the job. Seriously miffed off!

Yeah feel a bit better for letting off some steam. Can't help but think sometimes the arb sector is full of doorknobs!

For you to turn up on site because of their inability to pick up a phone is pretty poor. You had no opportunity to sort anything else out because of their incompetence/discourtesy. They have had your time, so they really should pay for it.
