Ive been thinking this. My sequioa has taken a beating in the last two years and is nowehre near as comfy as it used to be. Looked at everything else available but keep getting drawn towards the treemotion.

I also clip my landyard onto lower gold rings all the time if needing to "hang" from my strop.

I agree Treemotion is wonderful, BUT it doesn't suit everyone, its not the only harness with work positioning D's the Austria Duo2 (not sure about 3) also have lower D-rings that can be used as an anchor point

They are not the same though, the Austria still pulls your legs together whereas the TM And TF don't .

Tremotion is by far the most comfy lightest harness I've used ... Down side is the elastic that twang's your arse when it gets caught on a twig ,never ceases to makes your eyes water or curse to loud !

That 'feature' has been mentioned on other posts - although the contributors didn't always state that it was necessarily a 'downside'! :001_huh:

I couldn't decide between the two, bought the petzl as it was cheaper great harness. Bought the TM a few months later and haven't got the sequoia out since. I only use the lower Ds on the TM as i've never liked side Ds. The elastic is certainly a pain in the butt......literally.
