Chipper mounted pickup???

Good effort, but like you say, a tad high to feed easily. How did you get on with the overhang behind the rear axle, did she get a bit light on the handlebars?

 

yeah pete a couple of times i wished i had my mates wheelie bars from his ford pop :lol:

If you were to use a 3way tipper, but lose the traditional rear tip, shorten the tipper body and have it tipping to either side. could a dogleg be put in the rear chassis dumbirons to create a lower chip position?? or even convert a tail lift to give a work position and travel position??

So you would have the chipper rear mounted chipper shooting fowards into a hopper which can tip sideways. The chipper mounted lower so easier to load. Sounds like a plan.
