Wondered when you would pipe up!! Thanks mate, i really want to get the navara aventura but the last thing i want to do is get 2k bills in 6 months time because of so called well known problems.

You should look at nissans financing packages, they're very affordable...then you dont have no worries whatsoever as anything that goes wrong will be under warranty.

oh, and regarding problems with navaras....im not sure theres been anything hugely significant with the D40, it was the D22's that had the trouble.

If you are looking to get used however, it might be worth looking at a 2005 model(possibly later) with the euro4 engine in...these are more economical

considered the armorak?

hes probably putting in the wrong clutches then! i rarely tow, but when i do it makes a noticable change each time.....they are fitted with the wrong clutches for towing....when mine does go before the 3 years warranty is up(and it will) i'll ask for a solid drum clutch replacement.

ian i now drive an old style l200 double cab but when the ps hose went last august just before justin's show i got a navara as a courtesy vehicle through the AA stay-mobile scheme and i thought it was a nice motor and i didn't feel tired after the journey which included sitting in a traffic jam for about three hours.
