As for after care Vermeer have been very good, my Bc200 had a few teething problems, i had a replacement chipper within hours and mine was fixed very quickly. Vermeer are built like tanks and are very robust and completely over engineered for the job. Good machines, had a couple of green ones which made me buy an Orange one which made me buy a Yellow one!!! I like yellow, my truck is yellow!!! lol

What a bag of crap !!! just goes to show that the orange or green chippers that are made in this country can hold their own !!!!! and to be honest if you get a problem with a gree mech or a timberwolf you can call the factory and speak to the actuall experts that design and build these machines if needed , bet you dont get that with the yank stuff !!

I would go with the quad chip mate, i was really impressed with it at the apf. not so impressed when i saw the vermeer.

plus you could get the quadchip sprayed vermeer yellow ....

Same here, quadchip, i had a look at the vermeer at the APF and it shook and rattled like it was going to fall apart, not impressed.
