I can see some benefit in this technique but I can't see the benefit in NOT wearing appropriate PPE - unless they make chainsaw safety jeans exclusively for the U S of A.

I don't see how this sort of behaviour is moving our industry forward - or am I just being a fussy get??

Baniel, are you referring to me or Butch?

If its me, i would like you to list the rabid lies, hateful comments, and untruths as I am curious.

Likewise, if I have been rude to you, then I appologise.

Asking someone to list your offenses and then apologizing for them, is not much of an apology...

You and I both know the guy is a nut case Fiddler.

On this occasion he was lucky it all went good, but this guy will hurt someone one day when it all goes wrong. He prides himself on creating the most far fetched way of felling trees when there is a safer way.

As fiddler says, very accute angle downward on the pull line for my liking, also what isnt mentioned is that its more than likely a skid loader doing the pulling:thumbdown:

To answer, the guy is a nutcase, he got it down but was lucky yet again. It will go wrong one day, just hope its not someone else he mames

To be fair, Danial has explained his methods and even put up another video. Some on here just do not like him, end of and rather than keep off his threads they just like to bait him and when he ignores this they go on the back foot and act all inocent.:sneaky2: I see it more as bullying.

There is the tree work many claim they do and there is real tree work. Newbies i can understand being concerned about this method, more experienced guys i can only put it down to jealousy. Danial has time to make videos and is obviously a successful tree contractor going by his equipement and jobs he is doing. This is achieved with skill, you may not like him as a person but his work speaks for itself to me.

Give him a break guys, its christmas:thumbup1:
