This time of year a flask of tea or coffee. We're usually not 5 minutes out of the yard in the mornings before i hear the familiar crack hiss - the first relentless opened by one of the young shavers beside me or in the back.Doesn't seem to give them any energy though.

there's always lucozade sport lurking in the cab somewhere, then a 2ltr water bottle (2 in summer) the stove died last winter so hot drinks are on the client, if working local the woman brings drinks in the hotmugs.. i miss the stove (meths burner) and need to replace it:001_smile:

Gas stove brew kit and plenty of coffee - otherwise headache, grumpy, looking for nearest garage/cafe.

Energy drinks in hotter weather purchased wholesale!

This thread raises the issue of customers (domestic work) generosity/not with the bevvies.

From my experience in sussex it seems that the REALLY well heeled and the not-so-well off supply a fair bit. It seems the aspiring social climbers in the middle are #iss-poor at hosting and tend to be arrogant, picky etc.

Also (this is 95% true I promise) - trying to keep political correctness here -

Blokes who 'live' with other blokes and women who live with other women just about NEVER offer any form of drink!

So we take our own flasks of coffeee anf 5 litres of water.
