Peanut butter and marmite!!!!

With the weather the way it is at the moment I thought I'd pass this on. My uncle works on a trawler off the coast of Wales and he's told me that they just get a little bit of marmite and peanut butter, mix together really well and then rub into hands as if it was a cream or lotion thing that woman use, not real thick if you know what i mean! Something to do with all the oils keeps the cold out big time and also stops them from cracking! Amazing and cheap!

Nah I'm with the sarnie thing. Peanut butter and marmite. Try adding banana it is well nice.

Marmite can only be paired with JAM (preferably of the rasberry variety)

 

 

As for smearing it on ya hands, at least you could work through the day without lunch, just pausing for a nutritious lick every now & then :biggrin:
