its worth spending time doing it,, cos then you'll prob realise some of jobs you will prob have done for free or even made a loss. mine even factor in cost of initial quote. which on average costs me £10 alone in vehicle costs.

Plus an probably an hour minimum of your valuable time. Plus time to print/write up quote, plus paper, plus ink, plus electricity for computer, plus envelope, plus stamp etc etc.

I reckon if you are doing everything by the book a two man team would have to be £450 per day minimum

If you only work 220 days a year @£450, that is £99,000.

 

Must be plus VAT.

can you elaborate on this? not sure what you mean asin what threshold you under just working 150 days?
