I've got a nice stack of timber at home for my own fire - perhaps 15 tonnes. It's got a lovely dusting of snow on it presently (though will probably be buried come morning!).

That stack was some of the wood that fell during the great storm "Gudrun" of -05, they stored timber everywhere! Even on the bottom of lakes, every harvester in Sweden (but few) were down the to clear up.
