Hello everyone

Little bit of advice please. I've been round to have a look at a 40 odd foot conny that's blown over and is now leaning on a shed. Here are a couple of pics

Under it are a greenhouse and another shed. Where you can see the roots it seems quite soft. Questions are, would you climb this to take it down and if not, how would you do it?

Thought it would be worth asking about this one because I've not had to do one like it before. I know it's hard for you to say from a picture but what's just your first thought?

Thanks

Ger

Always hard to tell from pics, but looks like its fairly solid in the sence that it hasnt smashed through the shed, its just resting there. So could be climable

But might just be simplier to move or sacrafice the targets and cut ast the base and hope for the best :) lol

I did think that about the shed, it is touching it but there's no damage what-so-ever and it's bigger than it looks in the pic so would be quite a heavy tree. Difficult one isn't it!!

HOw big are the greenhouse and other shed? If they are small it would be cheaper to trash/ remove and replace them then drop the crown off into the neighbours garden than it would cost in wages/ equipment to dismantle it saving the targets.
