got to agree with others on here - stretching is best. though when you got busy day ahead its not the first thing on your mind.

 

I think the prob is that all tree surgeons are going 100 miles an hr all day..and forget to look after ourselfs.

 

strength training is also good way to stop . sore back then try working on your abs more. intercorsels muscles, obliques, top and lower abs, lower back.

 

if that fails - codamol it is

Tiger Balm contains Methyl Salicylate. Thai boxing liniment is full of it too, it's really good for sprains, muscle tears and bruises. I use this stuff. Deep Blue Fightwear > Accessories > Thai Boxing Liniment 120cc

 

The thai oil is great, burns like a mother so don't go near the groin area. I used to use this daily when i was in thailand before and after training. As for tiger balm, works on everything from a mozzy bite to a pulled muscle, headaches too.

 

Man, I miss that smell. :sneaky2:
