Looks a1 that , must have had a good eye on the ground to get it that good

 

Believe it or not no, BUT if we get down and one bit sticks out by 6inches the groundie gets it. Here is one of the Trainee climber/groundie doing 1000 lines as penance for not pointing out that twig that stood out at the very top.

 

Although I like to leave future leaders thats what I call my sticky out bits.

Looking at the pattern I'd think merip but if those pieces are from high up it seems wrong.

 

The root plate indicates merip for a few years.

I though perhaps dryads saddle, but also wondered about cuticularis, however, I don't recall what the rot from it looks like?
