what that job needed is a nice little articulated loader:thumbup1:

 

Would have been just the job mate.

 

Felled the stick this morning, took the Tranny on the lawn, took out two loads of cord to a mate locally and managed to rip the butt in two and load it, along with a very nice straight stem. Took some doing, but it will make some lovely benches and bits. Proper tidy up, 3 bags of rakings and off site by 12. Bingo.

 

Started lashing down with rain at 12.05, which made it even sweeter.
