Here's a few pics of a veteran oak I had to climb today the tree was heavily waited with clematis and needed a 20% end wait reduction to various aspects. I must say this is the most amazing tree I have ever worked on it was like being in the jungle! I must add it was also the biggest pain in the ass but a joy once I got to the top and actually got on top of the crown sitting on the clamatis, thank god for the rw.

Went back to finish the ash job.

 

Decided to pretension the pieces with a block and tackle for one of the stems. Snatched the other stem.

You will surely burn in hell for using a krab in that configuration, and the World will probably end, and a new series of X-Factor will be commissioned and Tulisa will be made Queen and meat will be made illegal etc. etc. etc.
