few from today, only took pics because client was a real try it on guy, so got pics how we found the tree when we started and when we left. only got me in after accepting another cheaper quote only for them to turn up with a ladder and truck and smashed fence etc he still paid them though :sneaky2: then to accept my quote and tryed to tell me cause they had done some of it my costs will be lower, i said my price is my price :sneaky2:

also i was interested how we cut all the truck down in slices and it was only the very last one that had this crack in it any ideas why this is? stress of the rigging on the tree?

internal growth stresses which push the rays together are released on cutting hence the cracking, often sycamores pop and crack as you cut them.

Efficient piece of work there huckster :thumbup1:

Why the removal ?

Hit this one relatively hard a couple of months ago.

Shot it again yesterday.

Will bring it down further in a year or two.

My Uncle and Auntie live in North London Dave.

I could pop up and visit them and get that decked for you in an afternoon if you fancy?

Dead as a door nail mate, not a leaf on it and right behind one of the "T's" on a golf course
