heres an awesome burr oak, you will be glad to hear i left it alone, the other oak is the one where i kept getting called in to remove a swing, they finally got fed up and i had to remove the whole limb:thumbdown:you can just make out the tyre in the corner

the pics dont do that burr justice tom, that a 25 inch barr on the 046, a 3 footer on an 088 wouldnt tickle it. huuuuuuge base :thumbup:

Very sticky ropes !!, here's the pics from a decent size Corsican take down I did the other day, Polycarbonate car port on one side, patio and a favourite rohdie on the other, glad i wasn't shifting the timber!:tongue_smilie:

First two are just dead head removed from an old gum and second lot is myerscough student taking head out of a pine.

 

 

 

Were the laterals left on the Pine, to dampen the effect of the release?
