when i worked in the catering industry i was on weird shifts and i couldn't sleep, now its not a problem, i keep active and i'm out like a light. my last splicing problem kept me up till i figured it out.

Jamie

Jamie, how much splicing do you get through? Do you need a splice rehab? Maybe we should all splice our selves to sleep?

hmm, used to really suffer from it but only sometimes now generally if i eat after 5 il be up forever, or if im staring at a computer screen all day studying il have to force myself to go for an exhausting long run to tire myself out, that normally works, but last night i got 2 hrs sleep just cant stop thinking sometimes, and the more you try the worse it gets

Almost a decade of insomnia now, last 7 years been the worst. Have avoided medications with one exception in 2008 and now having to try them again; zopiclone - hopefully break the cycle; body has got used to chronic fatigue, forgotten what it feels like to have vigour and energy. My complete sympathy to anyone who has insomnia - it is a form of torture.

I can get in bed at night and im straight off but when I wake in the morning im shattered.

When im working nights I struggle through the night to stay awake its awful but when I get home in the morning and get in bed im straight off by 7.30 then wake at half 10, struggle back to sleep until maybe 2.30. If I take nightall some times I get a bit more.
