The Burn Up Thread

Our biggest fire to date. We had the lovely job of clearing up the steam fair traveller site waste. It was mostly Leylandii, laurel, cedars and silver birch. There was a fair bit of apple and eucalyptus which all went on the fire. We used our little kubota to load it up after we spent an hour loading by hand to get a good base.

Its still raging. I've turned it twice using a manitou with a set of straw prongs in the past two days the middle was pretty much untouched just very dry.

Going to wait until it's a little drier tho, so will have to keep you all in suspenders I'm afraid!

gonna have to get the video of setting fire to 4 acres of reed bed last year now that was some flames....

Bit of Scots late last summer

Started to burn up in the fire pit today. Atleast 2 days of burning up and another day of just general sweeping up. Got about a trailer load of waste wood to burn up down in our "hanger".
