After a looooong wait, finally got to put the Landy to work after taking delivery of it last week.

 

Nowt too big for it's first dip.

 

After using the pto Igland for years, can't say that the running speed of the winch was much fun :001_rolleyes:

 

Saved some hauling up slope though :thumbup1:

Good looking truck that, i had it mind you were getting a tipper though?

 

A long wait indeed, we are finding the customer service of our local landrover dealer pretty poor at the moment aswell.

Going to go with a tipping trailer for the time being & then see how that pans out.

 

Back is pretty small capacity for a tipper on the 130.

great first play david, the igland would be a lot more muscle but you saved another vehicle, splitting up the team and probably learnt a bit more about winching, big winches spoil you, a little one gets you thinking a bit more. Looks great, all you need is a little gloria in the back and you would be jamming:thumbup1:

looks nice that does,,just got back form the landy dealer myself,,, quite an interesting trip,,came away with something totally different then what i went in for..:blushing:
