A mate of mine has just emailed me this video, Some serious back lean, Im not sure if id of had the balls to pull it over, maybe of got a mewp in :biggrin::laugh1:

 

Imo its a cracking video, Great bit of treework :thumbup1: Madness, Genius or luck??

what i would NOT have done is stand there holding onto the winching line while the other guy is pulling it,,, ESP not 2 metres from the snatch block...

 

amazing skills though,, BIG balls,,

 

at about 3 mins 10 seconds, watch the snatch block move from right to left as the line stretches,,,, SCARY to be standing anywhere near that...

I've done some similar fells like that but the worse case scenario would have been having to cut everything up into man moveable sizes. Wouldn't have done it over a live poweline.....

 

I'd have let someone else use that cherry picker parked up in the background:thumbup:

That was a seriously gutsy fell. I've done some with serious backlean. But tying to a tractor and leaving a nice big hinge makes them come over nicely. A 30 degree lean in the opposite direction over a footpath is something not ideal!
