unfortunately wrong time of year to be getting good silhouette shots,

 

Had a look through my photos and found this pretty rubbish one from last winter to have a play with

 

Think I know the sort of thing your looking for Steve, maybe get a more dynamic shot when I’m in nz:thumbup1:

Took this last week, whilst one of the guys was dismantling a dead beech.

 

 

Have no idea how to silhouette the thing. I'm sure the small twiggy bits could be erased.

 

Anyone want to have a play?

this is exactly the sort of thing im looking for. an image that can be used alone, but also in conjuction with text. theres been some good images so far but they have all been set in a vertical position which although they would make a decent t-shirt, cleary wouldnt be any good for a header image on the site itself

Bit of one-handed sawing and chucking!

 

Thats the spirit, proper tree work!

 

I like it, but it might not be the the P.C. image that Steve needs to portray, though.
