If I paid you £11.50ph and you got to stack my kitchen shelves.

Would we have a deal?

Depending on how big your kitchen is or how many shelves you have that might work out at £11.50 per week. That's not very good Mickey love.

i'd climb for £3 ph before tesco's at £20ph.

I know that there are bills and stuff and I have a kid, but I hava had many diferent jobs over the years, some I liked some I didn't. I even worked in the city for a year, made good money too, but my heart wasn't in it.

You only get one life, and its way too short to waste it in a dead end job you hate, Brodie, I think that for you arb is a dead end job, because the day you stop enjoying it is the day you should quit. Everyone would like more money but the love of the job outweighs the crap money, if it doesn't then get out.:001_smile:

Some people say tree work is more a lifestyle than a job, I say ''crock of chit'' money puts food on the table and pays the bills! put it like this I don't want any of my kids entering this dead end thankless profession! Tesco 1- Tree work 0

Fair point. I however would rather pay bills and have holes in my socks enjoying life than earn a fortune not.
