Welcome to the forum, and great pictures.  I take it you are from the states?

8 months isn't a long time to be climbing, and controversial as it may sound in my opinion learner climbers are often worth less than a groundsman.  If they are not up to production speed they can effectively control the speed of the entire job.

HOWEVER.....

The fact you are already getting involved with crane work so soon I can only assume you've taken to it like a duck to water, and if what you are saying is true about you doing the work because others are shying away from it then you certainly should be on more than the average groundsman.

There are a whole lot of people in this game looking to make money out of other people and often short change those who deserve it the most, be wary of people like this.  The more you let them take advantage, the more they will.  Companies are ALWAYS keen to find young, fit and keen climbers.  Perhaps time to start casting the net out and see whats available?

Right on thank you i appreciate the help. Just know this is what im going to be doing for the rest of my life i picked it ip super fast and really want to find a better place to learn and work they know how much im into this so i feel they withold info and shy away from showing me stuff so ive learned by studying videos and personal experience and they showed me basic stuff probably so j dont kill myself or someone else and its on them for real tho the second removal i did was a 150 foot pine and they were like ok get up there and remove it luckilyi just watched a video on speed lining so i did that and it went pretty smooth now thats my favorite i love big removals but all removals are my favorite. Ive been working hard on speed and structural pruning i tend to over analyze my self when i just need to not be so critical and keep moving forward20180406_103930.jpgIMG_20171123_135847_229.jpg
