Biggest problem is at what point would you say mods should step in? Safety issues...... eg one handing a saw, this debate has raged on and off for ages, some sites have not allowed video or pics showing this practise, and have been criticised for this. So should such footage be moderated here? I dont think so, I think that maybe a footnote from the subscriber along the lines of "this is how I do it, but it does not comply with HSE recommendations" may ease consciences.

An un-named moderator is gulty of this exact point. I pointed it out and was edited by same mod. Draw your own conclusions.

I am not with you man but I have got issues with moderators....its just an excuse to wield what little power they figure they have sometimes...IMO

if you have issues with the moderation then pm me....its nothing to do with power, most of the time its to do with keeping the peace. you only have to look at some threads to see how things can quickly escalate into chaos, sometimes its necessary to delete an offending post pre-emptively, and after a while you get to spot these things pretty early.
