I use my mobile phone (SE K800i) as it is programmable using Java Mobile J2ME.

I wrote my own script but it is embarrassingly buggy and set for my own preferences.

Here are links to others on the web. each has its own +/- aspects, and will not all work on all phones. You will have to play around.

One important point is that they don't explain that you can change the access permissions of the application before you use them by highlighting the installed "JAR" in the phone and selecting "More>permissions>Multimedia/read/write once or never....etc"

If you have an afternoon to waste have fun.

Oh and I use various compiling progammes.....VirtualDub is open source and very good at rendering video out of sequences.....
