Forestry week

It will be hauled out in 20 foot logs, some milled green (off site), some left in the round and cut to size for special beam orders.

 

I'm nothing to do with the buying and selling on this job, and my mate wants to keep a fair amount for himself.

 

What would be average for green Oak?

 

Excluding the leaner I did today that shook badly!

No kidding.

 

The bloke felling the smaller stuff had a 357, great saw, really well balanced.

 

Had to get the 660 out to extend the cuts on some of the bigger stuff.

 

My fingers are dragging on the ground now after a week of carrying it around.
