So we had only the second delivery in almost three weeks today. All it was was this.

It's more or less garbage now. I checked online but you can only go back as far as two weeks, so this is useless. Guess we'll never know what it was. WTF have Royal Mail been doing for three weeks.

That is bizarre.  I guess you will have to go and have a chat with them at the sorting office.  Sounds like your local office have a few problems.

Looks like RM are going to stiff us good and proper. With the cost of transactions fees, sale and refund, postage costs, time and the cost of the lost items its not been a very festive season at all.

Its the same scenario with fraudulent card purchases, the merchant looses out and everyone else just gets on with their day except for Mr Visa/Mastercard who ends up profiting.  RM have done quite well out of this, charged us for postage, probably about £400 and have to do bugger all for it.

Enough of my winging and complaints, on the plus side there is, the ermm, I wont be spending anyone more of our hard cash on battery chainsaws. :) If one of those went missing in the post I would have packed it all in.

They have rejected all the claims even though we escalated them. We still do use RM, you cant send everything with DPD, UPS, DHL,parcelforce, fedex etc as they are just too expensive to use for small items. Our postage charge would probably be a round £10 for every order. Thousands of parcels a month soon adds up.

Have you considered Amazon shipping? They have a minimum of 50 per day, I assume they use some kind of average.

Thousands would imply your sending out 90+ each working day so should be eligible.

Anyway I find then reliable, recieved quite a few items through them that were not purchased on Amazon - and then I buy a lot of items through Amazon prime. You cant beat them for speed, though I realise their terms for prime are not particually nice for retailers.

SHIPPING.AMAZON.CO.UK

Take 2 minutes to check if we're a good fit.
