New Website designer recommendations

Right so, I'm fed up with my current website host, they're terrible. And my website needs a proper redesign and SEO sorting out.

 

But there's so much out there, promising the earth. Can anyone here recommend an honest Website/SEO company that will redesign my website, host it, or at least move mine somewhere better and optimise it for Google?
