Is no one going to say it??

What an idiot!!

If anyone didn't know that ladders and chainsaws were dangerous then they must have been living on another planet, and certainly don't deserve to get paid for tree work.

Suck it up man, and if you want sympathy go to mummy.

"proper arb now" my arse! So 99% of folk on here are not proper arbs yet? Yes, we must all try harder!

I'm not havign a tantrum, just needed saying thats all! I know you said it yourself, its your mistake, but everyone else going "oh dear" "shame that happend" "hope your ok" "yes ladders can be dangerous" etc etc... what they are all thinking is "idiot".

Your stupidity is equally matched with your bravery for posting though!

It would have been far funnier if every reply was just a different word for idiot!! There are so many threads on here about working off ladders, and how its an accident waiting to happen, then when it does everyone gets all soft! There was a youtube clip of a guy doing the same thing and everyone had a right laugh at that one.

I'm sorry you cut yourself, but the responses on here are just soft in the head!

And there was me thinking you lot had a sense of humour, a great deal of dry sarcasm at that, I cant see how any of you can claim to have been in this industry ANY serious length of time without a decent injury of one form or another.

It was meant to be light hearted and put a smile on instead of being negative about it, if thats wrong then I will wear that hat no problem.

If you can claim to have a long history as a climbing and or saw user without any injury i take my hat off to you, your better men than I, your s~~~ obviously smells of roses and we "proper arbs" shall bow in your pressence and consider ourselves ametuers in comparisom!

i salute you whilst blowing a big fat raspberry! LMAO

Plenty of people have had log arbhistory without cuts and others havent doesnt make you more man because youve made a mistake witha saw or more of an arborist either. Most if not all accidents happen because of operator error, 020 in your hand = should have used saw in 2 hands, kckback= dont use nose its simple realy.

I feel sorry for anyone were there error isnt because of there skills or whatever.

I have some respect for you scott for posting and admiting your mistake.
