Ricky our Westie. A great and faithful friend and a true ambassador to his breed. A photo from 09/13. Sadly, we had to let him go this week.

Concentrate on the good times and just remember that they far outweigh the hurt you're feeling now. He looks like he was a cracking little fella. :001_smile:

Felix - thanks, you're right. He was just shy of 14 years. Typical terrier, a little feisty now and again but easy going with kids etc. Ooops something in my eye again!

Dexter mouse hunting outside the kitchen door. He's been at it all day since I took a rabbit off him this morning because he was tearing it up in front of one of my boys

RIP our best friend Chocky. We took the heart breaking decision to have her put to sleep this morning. She gave us 13 years of devotion and we can't quite believe she's gone.

 

I think this is my favourite picture, from 2008, organising her own Loch Ness Monster search !!:thumbup:

 

Enjoy them while you can because some day they do have to depart.:thumbdown:
