The tech side of it is above me Gareth

My limit is changing the phases or rotation on the mill. I do however have first hand on site knowledge of what is going on by whom and at who’s benefit from the offshore wind free for all cash cow. Green energy 😂the Apollo Spirit currently doing a roaring trade uses over 300tons a day of heavy fuel oil, it’s one of many vessels doing the heavy lifting worldwide and around our coast, not a single of of which is registered or crewed from the UK. The Chinese steel made from coal powered furnaces being  shipped halfway around the world certainly ain’t being brought here on sailing ships neither. As 42 says know your audience eh 🤷‍♂️deluded.

I don't know if you have been around Oxford/Birmingham way recently, but the cash cow that is HS2 is a monster when compared to a few wind turbines here and there.

Who signed that off?

I’m not quite sure you realise the cost to put the size of windfarms in that are out there nowadays Mark. Sea Green, Dogger Bank, Hornsea 1,2,3  etc etc

Im not saying HS2 ain’t an expensive job but the quest for Net Zero has it beaten hands down. Anyway slight derail, any idea what that is Mark.

HS2 is a disaster, whichever way you look at it. Ecologically, financially, logistically. It just makes no sense for it to be going ahead. Labour should have had the balls to cancel it as soon as they took over the reigns.

Talking of balls, or lack of.

Granted labour came up with HS2, but they still want to continue onto Manchester with the Cock of the north Burnham mouthing off at every opportunity.

I want a north south divide, so they stay south of Watford Gap!.

The whole bird box thing doesn't need government dictate, local level would be more than enough as they already police bin storage/bike storage/electric charging etc.

But, and that's a big butt, it needs to also come with a little recognition for the home owner or developer with a 5 year stipulation.

Say all end terrace must have a bat box/arrow slit, under gutter bird bricks etc excluding over doors.

An article from 2020 Mark

🤷‍♂️your point ??

You do realise Boris is not PM and Labour are now the government!!.

Nah, they're all still under the delusion Maggie is in charge. Judging by a certain "music" group extolled by Auntie, the state funded lovers of scaremongering, ists and not forgetting pediofideos
