The best waterproof jacket is two of each.....of whatever make works for you! Literally just ordered another waterproof jacket as i can't keep up at the moment! 

Don't know about where you lot are....but here.....here....It.Has.Not.Stopped.Raining.....i mean weeks of it!!!!

I can manage a day in a decent coat, the problem is drying it for the next day....two pairs of chainsaw trousers, two pairs of chainsaw boots, two pairs of decent waterproofs....only way to face the next day!

aberdeenshire here and need webbed feet!  

 

its getting ridiculous and forecast just keeps showing rain.  managing to dodge worst of it as always have mountian of indoors work get behind on but just yukk

 

haix boots are a godsend keeping feet dry as thats one of my biggest pet hates

A decent log burner drys all kit ready for the next day👌🏻

I understand not all are fortunate enough to to be bestowed with such a blessing. 

I find that when it is wet a wicking base layer is a beauty. 

This sip jacket has been proper, on my second one. The price has got a little on the expensive side efor my liking but it is fairly hardy and waterproof so worth it.
