Went to a wedding recently with some of our Irish family there.

We spent most of the evening before they arrived practicing how to say Saoirse.

Get slurring drunk and say the French word for cherry, cerise.

My business cards are my name and my mobile number in Times New Roman. I carry a pen and add the pertinent detail at point of exchange.

“Trees”

“Stumps”

”Gutters”

”Gel nails”

”Any old iron”

etc

If you borrow a pen btw, give it back. Very unprofessional otherwise.

I do like the idea of a choose-your-own-adventure business card... some of my activities don't really go hand-in-hand with each other. My chicken customers aren't really the same audience as my tree customers...

One side of the card blank over a faded photo, for adding bullet points or crude sketches.

Seershuh.

What are they on over here, honestly?! God didn't invent these letters for fun, they are supposed to mean something you know!

I have many times thought about making up a few sets of WILDLY different cards and handing out the least appropriate one at any given juncture.

“Yeah. Sure. Short back and sides, clippings on the bonfire. £100. Call when it needs it.

Yeah. It’s the same number. The multi frequency Model 5000xXx with pumped-recirculation sump was my best seller for ages but it’s been superseded by the pneumatic gear now. Only have an ex-demonstrator left.”

My Mrs made it on some website. It’s simple and not too flash, it’ll do for now.

I did remove the strimming bullet point and change things around on the final part but I think it seems good enough.

Looks lovely!

I got some done on vistaprint the other day, I'm very happy with them.

Thanks man. For 40 quid I got a couple hundred and a mug as well and a few pens.

Was 10 quid off free postage which was a fiver…

Great financial logic spend 10 to save 5

Looks sound to me. Attractive and concise, all you need from a business card.

I too used Vistaprint for mine. Many years ago now but I was happy with them.
