Those who didn’t understand punk just won’t get it, I’ve been into The Jam today, excellent mod band.

I lived through all of that era...including the Jam, and they were good, but nothing more than a tribute act to the mod scene. Paul weller was born in 1958 and the mod scene was the early 60s, so he was about4 or 5 years old when the mod scene was about, so they were only a mod band in so much as they replicated the era.

Name them off, although most think I was to young our eldest kid took me to see some big bands, let’s chat about mod bands of your day, music is one thing I can chat about with anyone.

I enjoy a wide variety of music but mod band's not my thing.A bit like marmite a love or hate scenario.

I enjoy the mod bands.
Recently I’ve had absolute radio Country on in the tractor, it was on from someone else the other day and I’ve gone a week of long days with out getting board by it so it can’t be to bad!
