What do you want it for?

Taking down trees and chipping the branches etc just for domestic customers for the moment, I will be starting small and slow to gain experience this year then look to probably take on staff once it's up and running with regular work coming in

Welcome to the forum.

s426 haven't been made for a while, so it's an old machine that wasn't used much. Thing is it's a shredder not a chipper so good for mashing dirty hedge trimming but not very good at chipping, do a search for s426 on this forum and look back.

If you're starting out I'd be looking at a wee chipper, less capital and less maintenance, and you've plenty else to spend on. Vehicle, insurance, kit.

They are shredders, designed to handle a bit of contamination in the waste. Not very good at chipping, not very good at shredding. Get an actual chipper if you are at the stage of chucking money around.

What model should I be looking at in the timber wolf or equivalent
