Pretty sure it was on grand designs or one of those equally ridiculous TV shows where they want to build a mansion on the size of a postage stamp with the budget of a Sunday paper.

 

Inevitably ending up over budget & pregnant, but not from whoring the wife out to pay for the overspend.

Well my new windows certainly do rotate to allow them to be cleaned from the inside. But they are Guffy Windows so not sure if thats just a Scottish thing? 

 

Im feeling quite flush as I have the budget of both Saturday and Sunday papers. Im off-shore right now and IO really hope I dont fall pregnant, its a long 3 weeks mind.

There's an old boy that build the Cabin Homes already on the Estate who's website is still active, one of the Estates Cabins is still in the ''Brochure''  but he's in his 80's now. Hopefully he or someone in the business will respond. They're based just down the road from me as well.

Just buy direct from Scandinavia, the pounds strong, better quality timber easy to put together (done it a few years back for a mate)

Norlog actually buys direct from Scandinavia but obviously would not want to share his contact details. Do you happen to have any leads I could follow?

Not many Log Cabins on the Transocean Spitsbergen right now. I'll keep looking though.

Not sure if the law is different up in Scotland andy but England and Wales you can claim all the Vat back on materials which adds up.

Thats a very good point Les, cheers. Does that apply if I get a company in to build the Cabin?
