Morning all.

Feels like this is 6am so I guess the rumours are true, our great leaders have changed time again.

I'm sure I've had many whinges on the subject previously so I'll keep it short, but it takes a particular kind of pompous stupidity for a government to think they should control time. It doesn't suit me, I've never met anyone that likes it, most find it bloody difficult, and I can't fathom why it makes any positive difference to any part of society? Kids going to school are in vehicles with headlights, school facilities are lit up like Blackpool, and the tractors I use have work lights with the power of a small sun so are farmers really that desperate for time to change twice a year?

I'll leave it at that, apologies if you heard all this from me 6 months ago, off to prepare myself for several weeks of being out of sorts.

Have a good one folks!

I pretty much agree mate . I kinda prefer British summertime and wish it would stay as such . Its only a number though . Like colored wiring you could have all the wires the same color . As long as they are connected correctly it would all work .

I'm sure you and I remember the good old days Stubby, before they had these new fangled ideas of clocks and time.

A simpler time when we woke and slept according to the great gold plate in the sky and the rhythm of mother nature.

Then they invented the horseless carriage and it all went to buggery, "we have to have a clock rule our lives now so people don't miss the departure time", I said at the time no good would come of it!

Good Morning.

One word.......Longtitude

Good day to you Ted.

All I'm saying is the Borders hasn't changed longitude once in my lifetime, but they've changed the time 100 times!

Good Morning

Well done Pompey.

I have to say I like the clock change.  Getting up early in daylight (in a few days  time) and a longer lighter evening makes for plenty of potter-time.

Don't start me on wiring colours @Stubby  Mains I get but the LV AC/DC stuff I play with having 20 or 50 pairs of identical coloured wires would be a nightmare. I'd never finish anything in any semblance of time.

Enjoy the day regardless, the winter days and lack of light make me  worse and worse each year.

I'm going to be out there till I get told to come in for my dinner.

It's bloody ridiculous. Solidarity.

I tried resisting. Left all the house clocks on normal time (which the man sets too but it has to be something) but phones, computers etc all change themselves.
