Morning, coffee and toast and out for an hour or so walk, more snow last night on the tops.  Just sitting down to toast, sausages, black pudding, haggis and bacon.  No eggs, rookie mistake and beans would be nice to but I’ll carry on regardless.

Belated good morning,

Spent the morning in A&E getting my shoulder x-rayed to rule out dislocation or fracture. Stepped off step ladder onto ground yesterday on sloping block paving drive, wet laurel leaf was like a banana skin, my bad knee bent under me and I went down like a sack of potatoes. Still finished the job but knew it would be worse this morning after stiffening up! And yes it was. Could have been a whole lot worse is the way to look at these things.
