Sun is out here in south wales Bob. I can feel a Bike ride later on today busting for it new honda to play with.

It's fantastic Les. Main thing is I get numbness in my arms and hands from knots in my back. Ling was brutal but I woke this morning for the first time in a while without any numbness or pins and needles, feel like a new man.
