I have been drenched 5 days out of the last seven, yesterday on the open Heathland was biblical.

Last day at work today though before a few days with the family, dry with the chance of a blustery wind, I may even get the chance to spot the elusive Dartford Warbler today.

Morning all,

Got piss wet through yesterday. Joints aching today. Dry this morning then rain this afternoon. Better get the laurel hedge reduction done by dinner time then. On the plus side yesterday's wet chainsaw trousers are now dry and warm, having sat on the boiler overnight.

Today’s job, bordering the TGV (behind) building in front.

Think it can wait..

Not seen it in person, just the photos.

Grey here, need to get the GM car cleaned out, want some time with doors open. Mind you, got to collect Tom from Thiefrow T3 tomorrow so could get dirty again! GreenMech coming to collect it from me on Friday. Glad of that decision as I really do not want to go there on Friday! There will be some news soon and it ain't good IMHO. Even after 27 years of hard graft, dedication to to brand, loyalty to to the team and utmost integrity in my work, I doubt that the owners/management had a whip round! They are "we paid you" people....

Be good and safe today!

Dry for now although it’s been wet, gear should have dried off from yesterday’s couple of little jobs.  Doing a job 100m from my house after 9am so no drama.
