Morning Jase!  In for a roaster again today.  Woke up on Skye in a wee lodge, stunning scenery last night on the way here.

Physio first thing this morning which inevitably leads to a full breakfast at the cafe. You may have noticed I don't need much of an excuse for that, but the physio tells me it's good to have a 'self care' day occasionally so best follow the professional advice.

Confined to barracks today having had truck issues again! Never mind, I'm away to South Side of Crete tomorrow so DILLIGAF.
