Same in north staffs. Evening all, very late "start". Bruising and swelling today confirms undisplaced fracture of collarbone. Hey ho, not all that bad I reckon I will be on clean up duties soon. You can rake with one hand. Never say die.

sheeeeeeet (or sh1t)

you arent having much luck.....

i did the same a few years ago falling down some stairs, my head punched through some plasterboard and my collar bone took the brunt.

2 days later i rolled my car over and it completely separated.

heal quick and don't be tempted to chuck a length of box section on your shoulder, which is what i did after 5 days rest.

Morning

Pompey bound to look after Dad for the day.

Have a great one.

Looking forward to a day milling Leb Cedar tomorrow.

Lebanese..... felled a nice one years ago behind a vicarage.  Had a plan to get her planked at the sawmill of Lord Crawshaw. Keith, Bill and myself discussed the affair and my needs to store it until I got a good house and have a decent sized table made. We eventually agreed what was required and Nog the joiner was sure there would be enough for the table and a church style pew for one side too. Not ideal wood but would have looked ace and smelt sweet! The reciprocating Robinson saw of the Whatton Estate was set to go! This planked and squared timber was layered in the Glasonite lorry body/shed to start the drying process. Twice a year, I'd empty it, turn the timber,  repack/layer the lengths to be sure it all dried straight. Eventually, I got the house with a 24' x 12' kitchen. I was saving up to pay Nog the joiner his fee (he was bloody good!) and some shit set fire to the shed and the lot got burnt along with some £12k of other tools and equipment!

Morning All. At the old folks in South Devon. A walk along Charmouth beach this morning,  rugby all afternoon and a meal out this evening!  Didn't finish yesterday's crossword and only done top line today!

Alley, Barber.
