Sorry should have read the label, They are medium waist 84-88cm so 33-35" just your size and for  someone 176-182 cm tall

Husqvarna "Functional" helmet is a good tried and tested lid that will last many years

Pretty certain your Industry best practice stipulates a minimum of Design A for groundwork and Design C for aerial work.

 

Your training center should know this and are in conflict with industry guidelines suggesting otherwise
