On Friday the council came round, they want me off. This is private land that the lass who owns it is happy for me to be here. The hunt for a boat, that I’d put on the back burner, goes on.

I’ve found Gyppo’s tend to get moved on sooner or later.

Whilst it might be private land, you won't be paying council tax or have gone through the usual planning process.

 

Plus councils can also prosecute as I presume it's a caravan or something similar ?.

Upset anyone lately?

We had someone stirring it about our property in our wood which is partially built with planning permission and building control all in place. 

Enforcement Officer still had to come out and have a look to answer complaint, all happy and never heard any more.

I’ve not knowingly upset anyone, the lass who owns the yard chucked another lass who kept a horse here out, all of a sudden the council are on me.

I pay council tax, you presume way to much.

It’s not an official plot, but I still pay council tax.

It’s not beyond the realms of possibility that you may have upset someone unintentionally. How can you pay anything never mind council tax on a plot that is not official and as such won’t even exist on the councils system ??
