Thats really a question?

Working conditions are relative to the job that you are doing at the time. The needs of someone fighting in Afghanistan are different to those of someone peeling spuds in Poland. Maybe supply them with the right equipment, training and support to carry out the task in hand then follow that up with any necessary support required after they have carried out said tasks.
