Whilst they aren't going to attract experienced people, they will get new people in.

No, that’s for someone with experience who would be out on their own in a company van.

So what is the starting salary then!.

You can't just say we can't get the staff without knowing the starting salary.

 

It'd have to be say circa 28k to attract new people.

I’m fairly sure see said £40k

 

If they employ inexperienced staff I’m not sure.

Do let's breakdown what little information.

 

You = 45-50k no weekends

Experienced = 40k two weekends

New staff = 20-25k at a guess ?.

 

So as a new employee I could expect to go from 20-25 1st year to 30k second?.

 

There is a reason why it's not attractive and I would bet the starting salary is around 16-18k. Why would a kid want the promise of cake tomorrow when it's a chocolate cake of human poo at 18k ?.

 

You'd get more in the army.
